Dotloop has signed a 625-agent brokerage in northern New England, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate/The Masiello Group, to use its transaction management platform.

The dotloop broker platform allows agents to complete deals digitally and their broker to monitor all of the firm’s transactions from a dashboard in real time.

“Dotloop’s easy to use, secure and is simply the best broker solution for us to run a more efficient and progressive brokerage,” said Chris Masiello, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate/The Masiello Group, in a statement. The brokerage has 32 offices in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont.

Dotloop, which claims more than 3,000 brokerages use its platform, in January unveiled new tools geared toward large, multioffice brokerages, including enhanced customer service and training, customization and branding. Source: Marketwired.
