Down-at-heel castle in Chicago suburb sells for $1M after foreclosure

A 12,000-square-foot, run-down castle on 15 acres in the Chicago suburb of Wayne, Ill., has sold for $1 million, $800,000 less than asking. Built in 1883, the castle, once described as having 60 rooms and 13 fireplaces, was seized by foreclosure in 2012 and has been in need of a restoration for decades.
