A Cocoa, Fla., homeowner, who rents rooms for $99 a few nights a week in the subdivision home and advertises them as part of a “Naked Hangout Club” with a clothing-optional pool, has drawn the ire of neighbors, according to WESH-TV in Orlando, Fla.
The homeowner says guests typically stay over three nights out of the week and some neighbors are complaining about the many cars on the street outside the home and the sounds of men having gay sex, the news outlet reported.
Charging guests money to stay in the home, WESH-TV noted, may be against the home’s permit and is being investigated for code violations.
