California gains real estate agents for first time since the boom

The number of licensed real estate agents in California increased slightly from July to August, the first month-over-month increase since 2007, Calculated Risk’s Bill McBride reports. August’s agent tally was down 3.3 percent from a year ago and 32.4 percent from the late-2007 high of approximately 400,000 agents. Source: Calculated Risk
