Some New York City real estate agents are finding creative ways to bond with clients — hang gliding, workouts, beer pong, turkey hunting, kayaking on the Hudson River — to separate themselves from the 52,000 other agents in the city.
One agent, a certified hang gliding instructor, offers hang gliding lessons. “You’ve got to have a gimmick,” he told the New York Times. Other agents offer technology instruction, a beer pong companion and a dog-walking mate.
