Three planned New York City residential buildings that will rise more than 90-stories high mark a new age in “I’m-bigger-than-you” construction, the New York Times reported today.
Two Big Apple developers are going back and forth to claim the “tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere” title with buildings that could soar more than 1,500 feet into the sky, the Times reported.
It’s not all about bragging rights, though; taller towers equal better views and, consequently, more money, according to Times’ story.
