Suzanne Roy, who joined as manager of industry outreach and social media in October, has been promoted to’s director of social media and industry outreach.

Roy replaces Audie Chamberlain, who left in March after six years as social media director to become chief marketing officer at the Los Angeles-based brokerage Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage and Acquisitions.

Before joining last fall, Roy worked as a real estate speaker and blogger.
