Coldwell Banker King Thompson, a real estate brokerage in Columbus, Ohio, today announced the purchase of Residential One of Ohio Inc. The company's eight residential offices, which do business as Prudential Residential One, Realtors, will now do business under the banner of Coldwell Banker King Thompson. The merger will create a combined presence that includes 1,745 sales associates in 37 office locations statewide. Michael Huntley will continue in his role as president of Coldwell Banker King Thompson. Joanne Figge, owner and president of Residential One of Ohio, and her colleague, Michael Mahon, owner and chief financial officer, will continue to hold senior management positions with the newly combined organization.
