Real estate giant Cendant Corp. is spreading the word of online lead generation success with reports of closed transactions resulting from its newly-acquired LeadRouter technology. An ERA sales associate this week closed on the sale of a $1.1 million home as a result of an Internet-generated lead sent to her cell phone through the LeadRouter system. Deborah Anne Ferragamo, a sales agent with ERA Andrew Realty of Winchester, Mass., received the lead after the customer found the house and entered his contact information while accessing MLS listings on the ERA broker's Web site.
