Owensmouth LLC purchased the 70,000-square-foot Village Glen Plaza in Westlake Village, Calif., according to Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.

The value of the transaction was $24 million.

Westcord, which brokered the deal, reported that Owensmouth acquired the retail center from Village Plaza Investment Co.

The property, located at 2797-2900 Village Glen Rd. and 2900 Townsgate Rd., features the popular “P6” restaurant.

Village Glen Plaza recently underwent a $1 million renovation and has 4,000 square feet of restaurant space and 8,000 square feet of retail space available for lease.
