CB Richard Ellis/New England arranged the sale of The Boulders, a 103-unit apartment community in Brockton, Mass. The value of the transaction was $13 million. The Boulders is situated on Raintree Lane, just east of downtown Brockton. The property was built in 1974 and has been extensively renovated since 2000. The property is comprised of eight two-story buildings, containing both traditional apartments and townhouse-style apartments.  The property's unit mix comprises one studio, 11 one-bedrooms, 47 two-bedrooms and 44 three-bedrooms with an average size of 1,092 square feet. Aspen Square Management Inc. sold the property to BH Boulders Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Blue Hawk Investments LLC, a private real estate equity fund in Newton, Mass.
