Hartz Mountain Industries recently sold its 128,300-square-foot office building at 611 Route 46 West in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. The value of the transaction was $11.9 million. The Praedium Group, a real estate investment firm, and Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., a developer and manager of high-quality residential communities, purchased the property. The four-story building, also known as 10 Mulholland Drive, was built in 1983 and was occupied largely by small-space users at the time of sale. Secaucus, N.J.-based Hartz Mountain Industries currently owns and operates a portfolio of more than 200 buildings in New York and New Jersey. *** What's your opinion?
