Relay, a Web-based transaction management system for real estate professionals to use and optionally share with clients, service providers and affiliates, has released a new version, the company said Monday. Relay Version 2.0 makes it possible for agents and brokers to track and manage all activities related to a transaction; export these activities directly into Outlook Calendar; receive automatic, color-coded notifications when tasks need attention; and create custom checklist templates, organize transaction progress and repeat successful closings.
