Unidentified private investment groups recently sold a portfolio of 23 Chicago-area industrial properties for $108 million. The properties, which total approximately 2 million square feet, comprise: a number of smaller buildings at Irving and Mannheim Roads in Schiller Park, Ill.; a fully leased, 377,000-square-foot, multitenant facility located at Arthur and Lively Boulevards in Elk Grove Village, Ill.; and a 309,000-square-foot, single-tenant distribution facility at 2401-2501 Lunt Ave. in Elk Grove Village. A subsidiary of KTR Capital Partners, a real estate investment fund out of New York, purchased the portfolio, which was more than 90 percent leased at the time of the transaction.
