A limited liability company has sold 850 Trafalgar, a 146,996-square-foot office building in Orlando, Fla., for $19.6 million.

Tricony Management LLC unloaded the property on a joint venture between Praedium Group and Tower Realty Partners Inc.

850 Trafalgar, completed in 1983 and renovated in 1994, has four stories of office space that were 86 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including the IRS, FBI, Fidelity National Title and Strayer University. Located along Interstate 4, the property is just north of downtown Orlando on 8.75 acres within the Maitland Office Park.
