Manhattan-based property search site StreetEasy has added a couple of new search features to its site for subscribers, the company announced last week. The site now offers a drawing tool for custom boundary searches in which a user can specify where to focus a property search. StreetEasy is also offering a "Shop for a Broker" feature in which a user can search by agent type, location, property type, price range, and time frame.Users can see search results that include a broker's name, brokerage, number of deals, listings' average days on market, average percentage off the final asking price, average percentage off the initial asking price, and total sales volume.
