The system includes the following features, according to the company:

- Syndication to major real estate listings sites and enhanced display on Realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo, and Zillow.
- A dedicated website.
- A 60-second video home tour uploaded to YouTube.
- A continuous listing on Craigslist.
"The new marketing system is a part of (a) larger strategy to meet the growing demand for online presence and accessibility of home listings," the brokerage said in an announcement.
