Benutech's real estate prospecting software tool ReboGateway allows agents to focus their farming efforts on the homeowners within a specific geographic area who are most likely to sell their homes based on data on certain public “life events” occurring at those homes, such as a divorce, probate notice, eviction filing, a notice of default, a notice of sale, or a tax default on the home.
