Con-Way expands corporate headquarters
Grows by 128,000 square feet in Illinois

NAI Hiffman represented Con-Way Logistics, a contract supply chain execution service provider, in a major headquarters and regional distribution center expansion in Aurora, Ill.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Con-Way Logistics, an operating company of Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Con-Way Transportation Services Inc., will occupy an additional 128,000 square feet at 2759 North Eola Road, also known as Butterfield III.
Con-Way Logistics' headquarters has existed within the building since 2002. These contiguous units will bring the new headquarters size to 313,000 square feet. Butterfield III totals 506,000 square feet and was built in 2001. The facility includes 27 acres, 99 external loading docks, two drive-in docks and 30-foot ceiling heights. Owner Pera Butterfield was represented in the transaction by Greg Pacelli of Colliers B&K.
