Atkins Nutritionals finds space in Georgia

New York-based Atkins Nutritionals, a provider of controlled-carbohydrate products, signed a 240,000-square-foot lease agreement at ProLogis Park Greenwood in Atlanta, Ga.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

ProLogis Park Greenwood is a master-planned park located on Interstate 75, a major transportation route between Florida and the Midwest. The park, owned by ProLogis, currently consists of 570,000 square feet with 180 acres for future development for a total of 3.5 million square feet of distribution space.

Atkins will use the facility to distribute its products to retail outlets.

ProLogis is a global owner of distribution facilities.
