Web marketing assessment sizes up online real estate campaigns
Z57 launches Internet technology review service for brokers, agents
By Inman News, Sunday, July 31, 2005.Real estate technology provider Z57 today released a new Internet marketing assessment service for real estate brokers and agents that aims to help them make optimal use of Web technologies.
The eMarketing assessment service analyzes a Realtor's current Web technology usage and benchmarks them against competitors. In addition, brokers will be able to identify which agents have the technology necessary to engage, incubate and convert Internet consumers into closed sales.
"Having spent the last six years evolving with agents and their use of the Internet, it became apparent that understanding the essentials of marketing using Web technology to home buyers and sellers was becoming a significant challenge for them," said Tim Johnson, Z57's executive vice president. The company hopes to improve Realtors' marketing methods with the new service.
A team of Z57's Internet consultants conducts the eMarketing assessments, which brokers also can use to analyze a team of agents.
San Diego-based Z57 offers Web marketing management, Web site creation and lead generation services to the real estate industry.
