Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a 517,887-square-foot industrial facility in University Park, Ill., for a price of $63.3 million.

University Park Cold Storage LLC sold the class A property to BVSEF University Park Cold Storage LLC.

Located at 450 Central Ave., this high-tech, cold-storage facility was fully occupied by Continental Refrigerated Services at the time of sale.
