Logistics company leases 564,000 square feet
Space under construction in SoCal's Inland Empire market
By Inman News, Thursday, October 4, 2007.Weber Distribution, a third-party logistics provider, this week leased 564,000 square feet of industrial space in Redlands, Calif., saying in a press statement that it was attracted by the building's "environmentally responsible design," proximity to freeways, and the potential to "consolidate from other smaller buildings."
The value of the 10-year lease agreement was not disclosed.
The property, AMB Redlands Distribution Center, is a 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse currently under development in Los Angeles' Inland Empire submarket. AMB Property Corp. owns the facility.
