CB Richard Ellis brokers Boca Raton deal

Brokerage CB Richard Ellis today announced it negotiated the sale of a 40,720-square-foot office building in Boca Raton, Fla.

Representing seller 7800 Congress LC, the class A property sold for nearly $8.5 million to REM Management Inc.

At the time of sale, publicly traded URS Corp. occupied 61 percent of the building.
