Retail complex includes 2 buildings, 1 pad
By Inman News, Tuesday, April 1, 2008.Commercial Property Services LLC sold a 125,225-square-foot shopping center in Denton, Texas, for an undisclosed price, brokerage Marcus & Millichap reported Monday.
Purchased by 717 Stemmons Partners L.P., Denton Square is situated on a 10-acre lot at 717 Stemmons Freeway. The property is comprised of one one-story building, one two-story strip building and one free-standing pad.
Anchored by Brookshire's grocery store, Powerhouse Gym and Applebee's, the shopping center was 83 percent occupied at the time of sale and houses such tenants as Blockbuster, Subway, Little Caesar's, Pro Cuts, Golden China and Nail Attraction.
