Austin retail sells in 1031 exchange

Spectrus Real Estate today announced it represented the seller in the sale of Anna Plaza in Austin, Texas, via a 1031 exchange.

A private buyer based in the San Francisco Bay Area purchased the property for an undisclosed amount from an unidentified entity.

Anna Plaza comprises 75,000 square feet of retail space and is located at 13201 Ranch Road 620 North. At the time of sale, the property was anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Lowe's Home Improvement Center and Office Depot.
