$6.5M San Diego County industrial sale

Brokerage Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial on Tuesday announced it arranged the sale of a 51,000-square-foot industrial building in Santee, Calif., for $6.5 million.

Bardon Cabinets sold the property to Quality Controlled Manufacturing, which will operate a machine shop in the building.

The property, located at 9429 Abraham Way, is situated on a three-acre lot.
