PBS&J inks lease, plans relocation
Architecture and engineering firm to occupy amenity-rich asset
By Inman News, Wednesday, April 23, 2008.Transwestern Atlanta today announced that Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan has signed a 73,717-square-foot office lease at RiverEdge Summit in Atlanta, Ga.
PBS&J, a U.S.-based firm specializing in architecture, construction and engineering, is relocating from Powers Point and will occupy its new space in December.
According to a press statement, the lease brings the building's occupancy level to 97 percent.
Totaling 443,086 square feet of space, RiverEdge Summit is a class A office property located in Atlanta's northwest office submarket. IStar Financial owns the building, which includes a health club, heated outdoor patio and a full-service café operated by Proof of the Pudding.
