Upland sells Walgreens store
Transaction involves 1031 exchange
By Inman News, Thursday, April 24, 2008.Upland Real Estate Group Inc. today announced it sold a Walgreens drugstore in Thornton, Colo., to a tax-deferred-exchange buyer for $4.9 million.
The property comprises 14,820 square feet and is triple-net-leased to Walgreens for an undisclosed term.
Upland is based in Minneapolis.
