Real estate tech brief
By Inman News, Tuesday, March 31, 2009.RealeFlix, a free online service that launched in February, allows users to search and publish video tours of properties.
The site (RealeFlix.com) features a range of property types, including single-family homes, multifamily structures, vacant land, condos, commercial real estate, farms and timeshares. Users must register to publish video tours at the site.
In early March the company announced that it added an "I'm Interested!" button to generate leads from property videos published at the site -- information entered by site users will be forwarded via e-mail and an internal messaging system at the site.
The site offers video tutorials and information and help pages, as well as a variety of RSS feeds.
