Realty Executives adopts lead-gen platform

Market Leader, an online marketing company for real estate professionals, today announced a deal that will bring its lead generation and lead management system to brokerage company Realty Executives International.

Realty Executives, which has about 800 franchise offices and 15,000 sales associates in 14 countries, will use Market Leader's (formerly House Values) Web-based RealtyGenerator platform. Brokers can generate leads directly on their local Web sites using the system, which also provides contact management tools for agents to reach out to prospective clients.

Market Leader CEO Ian Morris, in a statement, described the partnership as a "first-of-its-kind initiative." The company purchased the RealtyGenerator technology in November 2007 for $10.2 million, and has since updated and retooled the system (see Inman News).

In a separate release, real estate marketing company HomeGain announced that AgencyLogic, a division of tech company Network Earth Inc., would be using HomeGain's instant home valuation tool for its single-property Web site customers. AgencyLogic's PowerSites product offers unique Web sites for individual for-sale properties.
