PropertyPursuit.com gets new partners

A real estate tech company that specializes in agent and broker Web sites and lead management has expanded the reach of its PropertyPursuit.com real estate search portal through deals with Threewide Corp.'s ListHub and publisher Network Communications Inc.'s The Real Estate Book Web site.

First launched three years ago as a national property search site, Delta Media Group's PropertyPursuit.com features about 1.6 million for-sale listings and distributes consumer leads directly to agents and brokers. The site features online profiles for real estate professionals and customizable accounts that can include bios, logos and social networking tools, among other features.

Agents and brokers, regardless if they are clients of Delta Media Group, can participate and share listings at PropertyPursuit.com.

ListHub, which offers tools for agents and brokers to syndicate listings to a variety of real estate search sites and measure the results, was launched in 2007 and manages about 1.5 million listings for broker-members of about 225 multiple listing services.

The Real Estate Book has print and online versions covering about 400 markets in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.
