First iPhone app for overseas property

HomesGoFast.com is the first standalone overseas property portal to launch an iPhone application.

The application allows users to search for more than 50,000 properties across 70 countries. It also allows you to save favorites and view property slide shows, and is compatible with Apple's iPad and iPod Touch.

Rightmove.co.uk, Primelocation.com and FindaProperty.com already have iPhone applications focused on the domestic market. International listings are not included, which is probably due to the difficulty of creating a satellite-based location search with what is often low-quality grid reference information on international properties.
