Connecting agents to clients' online real estate searches

RealBird toolbar routes 'cross-website' questions to agents

Inman News®

Real estate marketing technology company RealBird has launched a toolbar that can send clients' questions about properties found on third-party sites directly to the agent, the company announced Monday.

Agents can customize the toolbar -- termed a cross-website property inquiry tool -- to show buttons for featured listings, community news feeds, and property search, among other applications. The search is map-based and uses listings data from Google Base. Conduit powers the toolbar itself.

Clients install the toolbar -- which you (the agent) can self-brand -- in their browser and when they find a property they like -- whether they found it on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com or any other website -- they can click the toolbar's "Property Inquiry" button to send you the title and URL of the property for more information. You then receive an e-mail notification and the inquiry is also saved in your RealBird account.

The toolbar comes with a RealBird "Pro" membership, priced at $99 per year. "Pro" membership also includes unlimited single-property websites with YouTube video capabilities and listing and search widgets that can be used on blogs and social media sites like Facebook.

Realbird is the most comprehensive "wow" tool an agent can have to market both their listings and their own services. They are very progressive with the use and implementation of social media as well as very focused on SEO for the individual websites. This toolbar is just one example of many superior features they offer at an amazing price.
