SocialMadeSimple launches iPhone app
App combines Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blog accounts
By Inman News, Thursday, December 2, 2010.Social media marketing platform SocialMadeSimple has launched a mobile application for the Apple iPhone, the company announced today.
Like its desktop version, the app allows users to view, manage and post to their Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blog accounts in one place. The app also offers an industry-specific content library to help users save time. The app works with most blog types, including WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger. It is also compatible with the iPad.
"Real estate professionals spend a good part of their day out in the field, and now the time spent waiting for appointments to arrive can be used to connect to their contacts and market themselves via social networks. Real estate is a mobile business, and SocialMadeSimple is now a mobile tool," said Geoff Cramer, the company's CEO and co-founder, in a statement.
The app is free to subscribers. Individual subscriptions start at $19 per month or $178 per year. Discounts are available for groups.

It's interesting that so many companies our there with some monthly service fee to sucker Realtors into something they usually get for free. Agents need to wise up and free themselves from these types of gimmicks. Look around and get as much as you can for free or one-time fee. Your clients do it.
