Real estate franchisor Real Living has launched a newly redesigned national website integrated with a new technology platform for its brokers and agents, the company announced today.
The national website’s new features include expanded listing search choices that allow users to search by neighborhood, school area, street name, property type and keyword, among other options.
The site also includes local market data such as area home values, property appreciation figures, school information and local economic indicators. Consumers can also share listings and content through social networks or connect privately with their Real Living agent through a personal RealLiving.com account.
The redesign extends to Real Living’s local websites as well, which now offer the same features.
"At the national level, our site’s goal is to attract consumers, then seamlessly drive them to local broker or agent sites as quickly as possible," said Harley E. Rouda Jr., Real Living’s president, in a statement.
Real Living’s public website is integrated with a new technology platform developed with real estate technology company LPS Real Estate Group. The platform includes capabilities for lead management, e-marketing, online file storage and local website maintenance.
Real Living will continue to improve the platform on a quarterly basis, the company said.
