Real estate mobile marketing company VoicePad has launched mobile Internet Data Exchange (IDX) websites for real estate brokerages, the company announced last week.
VoicePad’s MobileIDX sites have incorporated VoicePad’s audio and text-messaging property search service, CurbCall. The service allows agents or consumers to enter or speak a property address or multiple listing service number to hear property information in English or Spanish. The caller can then request a text message with links to see property photos at the brokerage’s mobile site.
Once callers have accessed the mobile site, their contact information is entered into the VoicePad system and their activity on the site can be tracked and viewed by the brokerage, the company said.
"With MobileIDX mobile websites, real estate professionals know who Web visitors are and which properties they view online, with no need for the consumer to supply contact information," the company said in the announcement.
The mobile sites are customized by brokerage brand and synced to a brokerage’s IDX or local MLS. Other site features include Google Maps, Google Street View, and the ability to search for nearby properties, agents, brokerage locations and open houses.
The Louisville, Ky.-based company announced that it plans to add audio presentations to its mobile websites by the end of this month.
