LPS' Real Estate and Living Media (REALM) Network includes more than 1,900 real estate websites -- which together represent about 300 multiple listing services, 250 broker companies, settlement services companies and more than 350,000 real estate professionals. As part of the agreement, the network will offer its advertisers the option to purchase ad space on Smarter Agent's mobile apps.
Smarter Agent's current advertisers will also be able to buy ad space across the REALM network, Shiraz Vartanian, REALM's general manager, told Inman News.
In a statement, Vartanian said, "We all understand the importance of mobile devices to the future of real estate. Smarter Agent has more than 10,000 apps that are branded to major real estate franchisors, MLSs, brokers and agents. By combining those with the thousands of online sites in the REALM, advertisers are able to expand their reach exponentially."
Ads will be targeted by demographics and geography, he added.
REALM and Inman News also recently announced an advertising and content agreement.
