Real estate listings data rights: what you should care about and understand

Rob Hahn went to Yale University. I went to Florida State University. In an effort to diagnose the "need" to understand the brewing battle around data rights, I defer to Rob.

In our interview, we discuss the difference between caring about and understanding the issues around listings data ownership. One thing we both agree upon is that being a data expert is critical, just make sure the data you are on expert on is the data pertaining to the market and areas where you sell homes for a living.
