The site now offers a drawing tool for custom boundary searches in which a user can specify where to focus a property search.
StreetEasy is also offering a "Shop for a Broker" feature in which a user can search by agent type, location, property type, price range, and time frame.
Users can see search results that include a broker's name, brokerage, number of deals, listings' average days on market, average percentage off the final asking price, average percentage off the initial asking price, and total sales volume.
The new features are available only to those who sign up for a StreetEasy Insider account, which costs $10 per month.
