Century 21 Canada wins real estate data 'scraping' lawsuit 
Zoocasa no longer indexing for-sale property information without permission

Canadian-based property search website Zoocasa indexed, stored and displayed photos and descriptions of for-sale properties posted on Century 21 Canada Ltd.'s website, violating the website's terms of use and the copyrights of two Vancouver-based Century 21 agents, a Canadian court has ruled.
But Century 21 Canada and its agents failed to prove they were significantly harmed, the Supreme Court of British Columbia ruled in awarding $33,000 in damages.
