Fremont, Calif., neighborhood featured in top 10 real estate report
Zillow: Mission Valley earns a spot on most-searched list

The Mission Valley neighborhood in Fremont, Calif., was among 10 U.S. areas with the highest search activity for for-sale homes in September, based on online searches at Zillow.com, the online real estate company reported.
Zillow estimates the median value of homes in the Mission Valley neighborhood at $843,000, which is 72 percent above the estimated median value of $491,400 for homes citywide.
Four of the five most-searched U.S. neighborhoods -- and five of the top 10 -- are in Portland and Seattle.
