Either a Hummer H2 or a Land Rover. Equipped with in dash google based navigation, docking for both iPad and my phone with bluetooth. Onboard wifi is also a must for clients. Here in MN we sometimes have a little drive between properties when not in the cities. Custom built false floor in back with scanner and printer system to produce copies when needed.
The 4-wheel drive is a must for the snowy months. Especially when showing foreclosures and short sales that do not get plowed often or ever.
