LotNetwork.com currently has more than 250,000 active land and lot listings available for search nationwide. Users -- agents, builders, developers, investors and homeowners -- can list an unlimited number of properties for free until the site's full launch in late spring 2012. At that time, sellers will be asked to pay a monthly subscription fee.
In the coming weeks, the site plans to roll out new listing alerts, the ability to save favorite listings, advanced search and interactive map search, free business profiles, and an interactive blog. Traffic and analytics reports will also be available after the full launch.

This is great! I will have to look into this for when I work with residential lots!
