The Bug Realty CEO has the right idea. "No Brick..." means lower overhead costs for Bug Realty.
Of course we are assuming his Realtors are independant contractors and provide their own hardware (i.e. computers, iphones, etc.).

Your branding concept is ingenious. Our new company has adopted a similar mobile concept.
Losing the "bricks and mortar" overhead frees up capital to leverage technology. We don't ad value to the consumer buy maintaining oft empty retail locations. If an agent isn't tech savvy enough to embrace the tools of our business, and invest in them, they're not going to survive. Deborah Heffernan

Low overhead is the way to go. My real estate company cost me $300 a month to run. All the rest goes in to creating websites

I can´t see any companies currently within the ral estate market that can survive with a huge payroll and leases on offices. "boutique" is the way forward!

Real Estate agents need to ensure they are tech savvy, but make sure they still pay special attention to delivering a truly exceptional level of service.

Business is changing because customers now buy what that want rather than what thay need. Those realtors who understand this will thrive and take the industry forward.

Real estate agents need to be more prepared and confidential with their clients because one time I had a dreaded real estate agent who did nothing.
