Washington is the most common street name among those named after a U.S. president, but it’s homes on streets named after our 30th president, Calvin Coolidge, that have the highest home values.

The median value of a home on a Coolidge Street was $176,300, 4.3 percent higher than the median U.S. home value of $169,100, according to a Zillow analysis of 1.8 million homes.
