Fired Homes & Land CEO to plead not guilty to grand theft, fraud charges

William Shue, the former CEO of real estate publication Homes & Land, has been fired from his position and charged with grand theft and fraud after allegedly billing $75,000 in personal expenses to the company. Shue’s attorney has said he will plead not guilty and request a jury trial, the Tallahassee Democrat reported.
