JPMorgan Chase & Co. has reportedly ironed out a $13 billion settlement with the U.S. government to resolve investigations into its mortgage bond sales, according to Bloomberg.

The deal would represent the largest settlement between a financial firm and the U.S. Even still, it would not free the bank from potential criminal liability, according to Bloomberg.
