In 2008, musical composer, arranger and performer Stephan Moccio bought a 3,000-square-foot home in Toronto while it was still in the early stages of construction. He turned it into a space that would not only provide the perfect setting for Moccio and his wife to raise their two young children, but inspire the creative process.
Since the release “Wrecking Ball,” the hit Miley Cyrus single Moccio co-wrote began climbing the charts, the composer’s life has gone from “frenetic” to “frantic,” the Globe and Mail reports. Moccio has moved his family to LA. and put the Toronto home up for sale.
Downstairs, there’s a soundproof music studio with acoustic baffles on the ceiling that would also serve “as a very quiet home theater or gym,” Moccio’s real estate agent, Jimmy Molloy, says. Source: theglobeandmail.com
