The six-story class B office building is located at 15110 N. Dallas Parkway in the North Dallas submarket. The 93,087-square foot property was constructed in 1983 and was fully leased by Greyhound Lines at the time of sale.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Newport Beach offices exclusively listed the property on behalf of the seller, an out-of-state private investor.
