The Greyhound Lines national corporate headquarters property in Dallas has been sold to a Southern California-based private investor, according to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.   The six-story class B office building is located at 15110 N. Dallas Parkway in the North Dallas submarket. The 93,087-square foot property was constructed in 1983 and was fully leased by Greyhound Lines at the time of sale.   The value of the transaction was not disclosed.   The building serves as Greyhound's headquarters with 1,100 employees at the site.
